Leading For Every Child
Working as backbone support to this cross organisational systems change project we have both supported the practice of systems leadership within the Steering Group and provided key content on systems change. We have also supported the development of collaborative governance structures; designed and facilitated internal group workshops and Leaders Briefings; and generally kept the work going.
Sunshine Coast Regional Council
Together with our colleagues at Purpose Partners, we lead the co-design and delivery of a Community Forum to support the further development of the region’s Community Strategy. With over 100 people in attendance, we created opportunities for learning, connecting and importantly moving to action. Check out the forum video here.
Australia Together
As Convenor of Australia Together we support the Alliance to meet, think, discuss and plan; we have written a Pre-Budget Submission; we have engaged with Federal Politicians through a considered advocacy strategy; we have designed and delivered engagement approaches, through stakeholder roundtables; newsletters; and social media.
Health Justice Australia
As Associate, Partnership and Collaboration Laura supports the work of Health Justice Australia through the design and delivery of partnership-based workshops, including the Partnership Foundations Program.
Health and Wellbeing Queensland
Laura is supporting the development of a state-wide Equity Framework to drive equitable health and social outcomes for Queenslanders.
Policy submissions
In addition to these key projects, Collective Change has also been involved in the development of a number of policy submissions including:
- The Benevolent Society – drawing on the practice wisdom of staff from across The Benevolent Society to canvas ideas and possible policy positions, to draft a whole of organisation policy position on Early Childhood Early Intervention
- SNAICC – development of a paper on Early Years sector development and workforce strategies under the Closing the Gap refresh.
- Queenslanders with a Disability Network – development of a submission on Independent Assessments.
- Social Ventures Australia – undertake a mapping and analysis of job creation initiatives across Australia and internationally with a view to informing an advocacy campaign in the lead up to the Federal Budget and election.
